Ingredients
- 2 boxes of ziti pasta (cooked according to box directions)
- 2 jars of your fav spaghetti sauce ( I used Classico)
- 3-5 cloves of garlic
- Creole seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Ground Cumin
- Oregano
- Cayenne pepper
- Garlic salt
- Spanish paprika
- All purpose seasoning (optional)
- Thyme
- Black Pepper
- 1lb of ground turkey
- 1 container of cream cheese
- 2 medium aluminum pans
- Garlic bread of your choosing I used biscuits and added butter and garlic salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and sit cream cheese on stove to soften
Saute garlic on medium-high heat until fragrant; then add ground turkey.
Season turkey with all seasonings to taste! But watch the amount of salt add half now and half after turkey cooks so you can taste it and season accordingly. Brown until no more pink
Boil water for pasta & don't forget to season the water so noodles wont be bland. Cook according to box (I like mine done so I leave it in the water for an additional 2 minutes.)
Pop open jars of sauce I always season my sauce before using it to ensure flavors come together properly so season reapply lids and SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE!
Add sauce to ground turkey and mix well until blended uniformly
Drain pasta and rinse with HOT water
Add meat to pasta a little at a time and stir until mixed well; Stir in softened cream cheese and mix well
Pour pasta evenly into the pans and top with cheese and bake for 5-8 minutes until cheese is fully melted.
Remove pasta from oven being sure to support the bottom. Sat on stove and allow to cool before serving!
Thanks I hope you enjoy! 😋
